External Tool reverts to default

Hi Everyone,

We are running v3.0. We have 2 LTI configurations for the External Tool plugin (VoiceThread and EBSCO Discovery Service).  When courses are migrated into a blank course shell, either through the import function or through a backup/restore, they revert back to the default setting "Automatic, based on Launch URL" for an unknown reason.   Has anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it?
