Activity Name Not Displaying When Accessing LTI Component in a New Window

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue when accessing an LTI component from our LMS platform. When students attempt a Moodle activity configured to open in a new window, the activity name is not displayed.

Expected Behavior:
The activity name should be displayed within the activity page.

Could you please guide me on where I should look to troubleshoot this issue? Your support would be greatly appreciated!
