Re: Help needed with user configuration in Moodle LTI integration

Thanks for the explanation Liam. We have a similar issue, where our Moodle is both accessible directly with saml2 and via LTI from our HR-platform. This creates double accounts for the same user, and thus confusing them because depending on their entry point, they will see different courses, different completions statuses etc.
I will be voting for the tracker issue!
