Thank you once again. I had figured out it was likely a privacy issue but completely missed expanding the privacy link in the tool configuration (duh). I have one more question, and then I promise to leave you alone (for a while)! I really prefer to use the framing method for accessing tools, but the window is ridiculously small. My research has led me to try changing parameters in LTI files, but it makes no difference. I've also come across info regarding the passing of javascript commands in something called postmessage - but the "how to" description is not at all clear. Do you know of a way to resize that window?
