Launch Moodle Course from Asp.Net application

Hello Moodle team,

I am trying to launch a moodle course from asp.net application. I have followed the instructions described here: https://docs.moodle.org/402/en/Publish_as_LTI_tool. But this does not give full flow. Could you please explain in detail what all we need to set up and code to launch the moodle course from an asp.net application.
