Good news. I've just had two issues land in the past few days, both resolving major problems with the legacy (LTI 1.1/2.0) provider grade sync.
- MDL-76113 - fixes grade sync for LTI 2.0 consumers, which was completely broken.
- MDL-76170 - fixes grade sync for any user who was created via member sync before launching the tool and completing the activity.
Failed - The grade '0.88' for the user 'XX' in the tool 'YY' for the course 'ZZ' failed to send.
I expect the fixes will resolve a number of reports by folks on this forum - most of which usually result in "unable to replicate". The fix will be included in the upcoming minors for 3.11, 4.0 and the 4.1 major release, so I encourage you to upgrade when able.
