I work for Moodle and on LTI development specifically, and I'm certainly not aware of any fix being made with respect to the above. That said, it's not clear what's happening in the above screenshot. A huge amount of background information is missing.
To troubleshoot any LTI related issues, I generally need step by step instructions describing how you've configured the tool in Moodle and how you're using it (deep linking for example). Then, we'd need to examine the launch in a step by step manner (usually a browser network trace is a good place to start).
I suspect there is an ongoing discussion between Labster and our Integrations team. For the moment, until I have more information to go on, there's nothing I can do here. If you've been given a reference to a tracker issue, feel free to attach it to this forum post for reference.
