We're going to need some more information.

Can you tell us:
What version of Moodle are you using?
It looks like you're running this in Chrome. Does the error also present itself in other browsers like Firefox? I want eliminate the repost situation if I can, and Firefox shouldn't be subject to this just yet.
Can you enable developer debugging in your Moodle site so we can see the specific line the error originates from? I'm pretty sure I know already, but confirming it would be great.
