Re: Does core Moodle 3.9 support LTI1.3 Core and Advantage both as Tool Consumer and Provider?

I am actually stuck one step behind this one. REferring to the documentation on https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/Publish_as_LTI_tool, the options available, I think are only to publish as LTI 1 or LTI 2 but no option to publish as 1.3? I could consider upgrading to 3.9 if the option is there
