At our school we use the Moodle LTI tool to send user information from Schoology to Moodle and allow the completion of quizzes and the push of grades back to Schoology.
(User starts in Schoology, follows link to Moodle and finishes quiz, and a grade gets passed back to Schoology)
Everything works great with the passback of information between Schoology and Moodle. However, for 1 out of every 50 students they get stuck with being asked for Moodle log in information when trying to open the LTI. They appear under our Moodle course participants with a last login as "never" with their name, email and IP address... This means some information is being sent from Schoology to Moodle, but not enough to get them into the course without entering login information.
Are there any common trouble-shooting tips for students for when this happens. We have seen this problem occur on the schoology app for IOS and in Safari on IOS)
